The contracts

adinehbooking.com and accordingly Adineh Travel are not a party to the contractual relationship relating to the Travel Services and/or Other Services purchased by you, unless expressly indicated. WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION THROUGH THIS SITE, THE CONTRACT IS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN YOU AND THE TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDER(S) AND NOT WITH US, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Please note that in this case, for any complaints relating to the Travel Services and/or Other Services purchased, our role is only as an intermediary between you and the Travel Supplier, who will be ultimately responsible.

We assist you in purchasing Travel Services and/or Other Services. we provide you the available services by other suppliers on our website, and act on your behalf to make such purchases from Travel Suppliers.

You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these T&CG without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer any of our rights or obligations under these T&Cs without your prior consent and

Booking process and user account

You will need to create an account when initiating a booking process. Your user Account will be created on our system based on the full name, email address and phone contacts that you provided during your initial booking process. This user account will be created specifically for you, and you can use it for all your future bookings and purchases on our website.

Once your booking has been confirmed with the Travel Supplier and your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which will include Booking reference Number. At this point your contract in relation to the services ordered with suppliers will come into force. Please be advised that our obligation to confirm your booking will be subject to confirmation from the Travel Service Provider and full payment.

Prices and fees

The final full price of your booking will be shown once the search and selection process has been completed and will be available for each product, before you click ACCEPT AND BUY.

Our commission or brokerage fee is included in the final price shown to you. This amount and how to receive it from suppliers depends on the contract between us and them.

Our Brokerage Fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable. This is because the same is charged for the intermediation service provided by us, when you confirm your booking. Other services (such as travel insurance, guarantees, etc.) are non-refundable according to the specific terms and conditions of the Travel Suppliers.

Payments and refunds

You can only use the payment methods listed on our Site. We do not accept other payment methods (we do not accept checks). You will not receive any confirmation until payment is received. You authorize us to use this information to (i) pay for the Travel Services and/or Other Services ordered, (ii) process refunds, if applicable, and (iii) pay for any Post-Booking Services you request. In any case, your payment data will be encrypted in a secure server, according to PCI standards.

If any problem occurs with your payment (for example, if there is a problem with your bank or credit card, or if the service provider posts an incorrect fare, etc.), we will notify you within forty-eight hours. if you are traveling within the next forty-eight hours you must contacts us immediately.

Cancellations and refunds depend on the fare rules and timing of the Travel Suppliers. For this reason, please contact us before requesting a refund, otherwise we reserve the right to dispute it.

Data protection

We will process your personal data and payment information to provide you with our services, including, but not limited to: the provision of intermediation services for the stipulation of Tourism Services contracts; management of reservations and the post-booking phase; the creation and management of your Account; and/or enrolling in our customer programs. We are committed to ensuring fair, transparent and legitimate processing.
